Multifunctional 4in1 extension for vacuuming concept.
Problem: there are so many different extensions to the hoover. You always miss one you need at the moment…
The idea was to reduce the amount of extensions to just one.
There are certain stages of development of this project:
– problem research – the are so many extensions!
– slow-motion study of black pepper suction with special transparent model
– finding the best way to solve the problem:
reduction of the form, antrophometry, designing the internal suction structure
– real scale-protopyting
– 3D modelling with parametric software (SolidWorks)
– visualisations with SolidWorks
My final soluction was an universal extension for
hoovers with three position suction mode switch.
